WordPress 301 redirection for xls direct download file url

How to make redirection 301 for direct download file url: https://lean-management.pl/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/Druk-WZ-wzor-wydanie-na-zewnatrz.xls to standard url: https://lean-management.pl/pliki-do-pobrania/dokument-wz-wzor/

I’m trying to redirect “file url” to “web url” in a generally available way, but unfortunately it doesn’t work like in the case of redirecting from “standard url” to “standard url” I have no idea where is problem.

Maybe the only solution is to modify htaccess? If yes, how to write the redirection?
