WordPress 3.2 – Nothing will slide open: widges, media lib

On all of my sites after upgrading to 3.2:

I cannot access the date in my widgets because when I click on them they do not expand to open

When I try to use the Media Library to insert an image into a Post or Page the View option will not expand to let me use that

These are all the problems I can say are for sure seemingly related to this update. There have been other things I have not explored like when setting up Groups I error out after the 2nd step, but I can still get back to it and finish setting it up… BUT! I am more worried about the first two points here.
