• Just upgraded to 3.2.

I’ve tried this on two of my blogs now and I have the same problem.

When I go to “Add New Post” and if I click the Screen Options tab and make it so only 1 column shows, my right side area where the “Publish” button is and everything else disappears.

    Great.

But the problem is when I go back to Screen Options and tick the show 2 columns again, I’m left with a blank sidebar still, even after clearing my cookies and reloading.

Anyone else have this problem or is it just me?

  • I was able to replicate this bug. I’m flagging this for a WP dev to look at.

    Thanks zoonini.

I just tried something. When switching back to 2 columns, you should be able to drag over to the second column your Publish box and any other elements you want back there, such as Categories or Tags. It’s an extra step you have to take, and I’m not sure if this is how it’s supposed to work or whether it really is a bug, so I’m leaving this flagged so a dev can still have a look and chime in whenever they have a chance.
