WordPress 3.4.1 Problems

    Since updating to 3.4.1, every page and post on my website (with the exception of the root directory) has become a 404 page.

    All my content remains unharmed when I edit it from the dashboard, it’s all still there. When trying to view the published content however, nothing but a 404 page.

    This has now happened on 2 separate websites with clean, successful installs of 3.4.1

    I have deactivated all plugins, re-installed 3.4.1 more than once, with no change.
