WordPress 3.5 Gallery Post Problem

    actually i have updated my wordpress version and now have updated version 3.5, but it have some changing in “image gallery” post settings and really i m unable to understand.

    visit https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/gallery/, in this link at sr. no. 7 on right side of image it show “Type”, as its also shown at sr. no. 8, but in my wordpress post this “type” tab is not shown, why? pls help, due to this i m unable to insert image gallery, pls help

    When i try to insert gallery, its not inserted in post and post area looks blank. i m very worried as my all websites almost having total gallery posts, and due to this problem i m not able to post anything more, pls help

  • I can insert galleries OK, but am also missing the “type” option, so they are all just the grid. it would be great to actually have the type working.
