WordPress 3.5.2 Problem

    I’m unable to install any theme in my websites. Its go on displaying ‘An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.’

    What does this means?
