• Ever since 3.6 upgrade ACF (v 4.2) & Revolution slider (v 3.0.5 .. latest version) has a conflict. ACF always works but when ACF if enabled it breaks Revolution Slider. If I turn ACF off Revolution slider works. The javascript error its creating is:

Uncaught TypeError: Property ‘undefined’ of object #<Object> is not a function

    in the file jquery.themepunch.revolution.min.js?ver=3.6:8

I know this might be a problem more with Rev Slider then ACF but I thought I might raise the issue here as well if anyone knows any fixes. Not sure at all what is wrong since I don’t know either javascript or PHP.

    Thanks!

  • Im working with a theme and REVOLUTION SLIDER and this don’t display images. This problem only do this with 3.6 version. The previous version works fine ??

    Hey.

I’m also having trouble with the revolution slider plugin. I’m using BulletPress and I’ve copied and pasted the code <?php putRevSlider("homepageslider","homepage") ?> from the theme.html to the CSS Stylesheet editor (‘homepageslider’ is the alias I saved) but each time I hit save changes the code changes colour to red and flags a ton of ‘unexpected tokens’. So when I visit my home page the slider doesn’t show up.

I can’t find where I can turn ACF on or off. Is this even the problem?

I’ve also tried editing the short as it says in one of the comments above, again to no avail. It does, however, show up in the sidebar when I drag it in as a widget, but I don’t want my slider in a sidebar…

Sorry if I’ve missed something glaringly obvious,

    Thanks
