It is working for me. (I just tested it by sending a form from my site, and all was well.) However, two caveats:

    • It is causing a conflict with the MailPoet (formerly Wysija) Newsletter plug-in, so I have to disable Contact Form 7 any time I want to send a newsletter.
    • On the main page for the Contact Form 7 plugin, no one says it is working and three people say it is broken.

Thus, you may want to wait a few days to try it, to see whether the issues get resolved.

It is broken. Mail is send but the user never gets the confirmation!
Quite annoying. I end up getting multiple mails due to user clicking multiple times.

Could you please fix this issue, I do not want to move to another contact form solution.

Sorry folks, False alarm. It Works f?ne.

Just make sure you do not leave the WP Easy SMTP plugin in debug mode.

This was not a problem before but it is now. Tick that of and you are good to go.

It is also not working for me since update to 3.7, getting “failed to send” with orange border (not using akismet). I have deactivated all other plugins and also tried switching themes.

    Hi,

I just installed the plugin for a new website and it’s not working. Email seems to be sent but I never get de email.

    What is happenning?

    Thanks!

I installed WP easy SMTP and emails sent during test fail as well. [“ErrorInfo”]=>
string(43) “SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.”

I am using gmail email in my general settings. contact form 7 and Easy SMTP. I know the settings are correct because I use it on my cell phone all the time. Settings are the same.

Contact Form 7 (CF7) version 3.5.3 works well with Genesis 2.0 on wp 3.7.1.
I did, however, experience problems in the following configuration:
    CF7 3.5.3, Genesis 2.0 on wp 3.6 and 3.7.

When pressing Submit next error is displayed:
Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.

I also encountered CF7 “failed to send…” error (red outlined) after upgrading to WP 3.7.1. Any developers looking into this?

I get a “sent” message, but the email never arrives. Actually, this was reported by a client when someone not associated with the site emailed her that he had received a Contact7 email!

I guess it’s time to scramble for a replacement; I’ve been installing this on all my sites.

So it’s a compatibility issue with the latest version of WordPress. Do we have any word when we can expect an update to the plugin, to resolve this issue?

It is sending emails to both ends for me, BUT the CAPTCHA is missing. Any suggestions?

It should be on the right of “Enter Code:”

I’ve had the “sent successfully” message however no e-mail is received problem since the latest WP Core update.

It doesn’t work for me. Contact form can send emails with WordPress 3.6.1, but after I updated WordPress to the latest version 3.7.1, the form fails to send. Keeps on showing the red border of failing to send.
