WordPress 4.7.1 Update: Blocking IP

I’ve recently updated WordPress, all my plugins and my theme. It was working fine for a couple of hours afterwards, but then I couldn’t access the server. I am also using woocommerce. When I updated a product, I got the error of cannot access the server. But then I noticed I couldn’t access it on any computer on that same IP address. I can’t even access the cpanel. So, I’m not sure if it’s a WordPress issue, a server issue or both. I have tested it on other IP addresses and it works at first, but after updating a product it does it again to that new IP address. Has anyone ever encountered this before? I am at a loss because I cannot even access the server through ftp to roll it back before the update. I can’t access anything.
