WordPress 4.0 URL display problem

  • Hello

    The url structure of my blog is always displayed in unicode , non english characters, without any problem until I upgraded to the WordPress 4.0.

    Now some of the words at the permalink: becomes abc ??…?? xyz .html

    It happens on most of the new posts.

    Is it a bug?
