WordPress 4.2: Redirects disappear from backend

Ya all my redirects still work no problem. But they are not viewable from the back-end and I cannot create anymore. So don’t anybody try and removing the plugin because the whatever you have set is still working. You just can’t edit them.

@codefiend : same here all redirects are working fine, but can’t create new redirects or edit old ones. All this after upgrading to 4.2 (on Single Installation)

The problem is fixed in version 2.3.15 of the plugin.

I am able to login to my site fine, but as long as Redirection plugin is active, I cannot log out!!
