WordPress 4.2.2 WPtouch 3.8.1 Not working

  • Hi!

    I have WordPress 4.2.2 and WPtouch 3.8.1 and I can not get it to load the mobile version.

    I have the plugin WP SuperCache 1.4.4 and I’ve made the changes that I found online (option “Mobile device support”) and adding User Agents, but I can’t ge it. I even tried to disable the plugin WP SuperCache, but neither can I get it to work.

    It only loads the mobile version from the preview module WPtouch, but not when I see the website in my mobile (Nexus) or my iPad.

    Please, someone gives me a hand?
