WordPress 4.4 Problems With Plugin

    I’ve updated to WordPress 4.4 today and this appears to have broken the checkout.

    Basically none of the product information gets carried across to any of the payment methods we have in place.

    In PayPal a “your basket is empty” error message is showing.

    Has anyone else using this plugin had any issues after updating to WordPress 4.4 or have any ideas what might be causing this error?

  • Thanks again for the help. I’m sorry so many other folks are still having trouble.

    I still get the original problem of an empty cart being transferred to Paypal.

    @mjwillis i googled and it looks like a WP bug.

    Hi Mihai we also have the problem of the sales log missing the name of the ordered items, we have read thru this forum post and followed the instuctions about adding floatval. However the issue is still not resolved. We noticed the file title said inactive and we assume this should say active. Could this be the problem? If so how do we fix it? Thanks.

    I have the same issue as Alan. All of my orders are going through but there are 0 items on the order So I have no way to know what my customers ordered.

    I upgrade a e-commerce site to wp 4.4 e wpec 3.11.2
    I can add an item to my cart, but when I click to link “Checkout” I come back to home page
    I checked all the changes you posted but it doesn’t work

    Do you need the link of the site?

    Try saving the permalinks again. Can you post a site URL ?

    After add an item to the cart, it appears on the right sidebar .
    Clicking on “Checkout” the cart page doesn’t appear
    I’ve activated degug and I’ve debug.log if it can be useful

    Can’t add anything to cart because your variations selector is not visible anywhere.

    How can I fix? Do I need to restore the previous version?

    I’ve restored weekly backup and I came back to WordPress 4.1 and WP e-Commerce 3.8.14.3, but checkout page doesn’t work
    I’ve installed also qTranslate 2.5.38 and on checkout page there is this notice
    “The qTranslate Editor has disabled itself because it hasn’t been tested with your WordPress version yet. “
    But qtranslate is still active
    Can be This the problem?
    Do I need to disactivate qtranslate?
