• Hi,
I’ve installed your plugin into my 4.5.2 WordPress version but when I’m going to save the plugin configuration changes, the server return this error:

    Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/options.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Please can you help me?

  • Hey there,

As far as I know, it’s probably a mod_security rule in your .htaccess which is causing this problem. Try to get in touch with your host’s support team, they should be able to assist you better on this. Also, make sure your permissions on the file are 644, and the ownership should match that of the other documents, index.php for example. Hope it helps.

    Suyogya,
Thank you for your reply, now I try to investigate to find out which configuration blocks your plugin.
    Cheers
