WordPress 5.4 issue with Add accordion item “+” button

Since WordPress 5.4, there have been some changes to Gutenberg core which is interfering with the Add accordion item “+” button in certain cases. It seems that when an Accordion block has focus, the Add accordion button doesn’t work.

To reproduce:

1. Add CoBlock accordion block
2. Click Add accordion item “+” button. New accordion item added
3. Click Add accordion item “+” button again, Page jumps to top of accordion block, no accordion item created

The problem is more noticeable the more accordion items you have. If you edit an accordion item’s content and then click “+” to add a new accordion item, the page jumps to the top of the accordion block and you have to scroll all the way down again to click the + button again. It is unexpected behaviour which is causing confusion to users.

I’m wondering if you plan to have a fix for this or if one is even possible considering the new focus behaviour of Gutenberg?
