Since the WordPress upgrade to 5.5 the menu in Catch Kathmandu on mobile devices causes a problem. Once you visit a post/page via the menu, you cannot change to another menuitem unless you first go back to ‘home’. As said, this problem is only in the mobile-menu’s in Catch Kathmandu. It’s not in sites using a different theme, as is used on https://www.ichthusculemborg.nl/leden (I use a multisite installation for the same organisation, for everyone and for members-only <leden>).

What can I do to solve this problem?

Same issue for me on mobile at: https://sentierodigitale.eu/ Just updated to 4.1 using a child theme

Issue partially solved by installing the plugin: Enable JQuery Migrate Helper
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/

The error above disappeared from console and the mobile menu works..

Is necessary a fix, the update to 4.1 does not solve the issue definitely

Hi @rkleinha obvioulsy the Catch Themes developers.. WordPress has updated the JQuery Library, so themes anche plugins developers must update their products to match new libraries
