WordPress 5.6

  • Hi,
    I have a question:
    in my site https://www.assembleacondominio.it which runs wordpress 5.6 the plugin works well except for one page with the slug /koopera/
    I have tried to insert the shortcode [php_everywhere] and the code <?php {my code} ?>
    The {my code} section is a simple include_once instruction, but results in a 404 error page, while it is working in other pages like /italiaservizi/
    What could be the issue. what can I do to manage this error?
