Hello Iulia. Yes, that error has disappeared!

In new version, I am seeing perhaps these options (in WP media options page) are not correctly saved:

    – Crop medium large image to exact dimensions (normally medium large images are proportional)

    – Crop large image to exact dimensions (normally large images are proportional)

    Thank you!

    Hi Fernando,

Yes, I can replicate too, but only the medium-large does not stick, the other crop options seem to save properly. Will apply a quick fix for this.

    Regards,
    Iulia

    Hi Lorena,

You have to have access to the plugin’s menu in wp-admin, and there, in the list of the plugins you have installed, look for the “Image Regenerate & Select Crop” and click the update button/link when is available.

    Hi Fernando,

Please check again the medium-large settings after you upgrade to 6.0.1 and let’s close this issue. Please open a different thread if anything else pops up, the original issue has been fixed.

    Regards,
    Iulia

    Hello Iulia.

In my local installation, after updated to 6.0.2, these options are not saved (always empty as before updating):

    – Crop medium large image to exact dimensions (normally medium large images are proportional)
    – Crop large image to exact dimensions (normally large images are proportional)

Also in the plugin page, to select the default crop, it doesn’t appear for medium-large and large sizes.

Tell me if you need more details.

    Regars.

    Hi,

I cannot replicate this, but I can implement a fallback for the native hooks that are not firing properly. For the crop option, that will appear when the medium size crop will be saved. I will update you when the change is available.

    Regards,
    Iulia

    Hi Fernando,

I implemented changes to the media settings to include a fallback in the case the native hook is not triggered consistently in 5.8. Please upgrade to 6.0.3 and let me know if you can update correctly the settings.

    Regards,
    Iulia

    Yes, now it works!!!

(But I dont like that design ??

The design is correlated with the whole plugin, I’m a bit disappointed you don’t like it, but I guess that’s a risk anyone that handles plugins is taking. However, the issue you mentioned is fixed, I am closing this ticket.

    Regards,
    Iulia

    @iulia-cazan

I’m an author of another plugin and facing the same issue with the block in there. How did you fix this issue?
