WordPress 6.0.2 update – GSC showing 5xx errors

  • Hi,
    Our client websites updated automatically to WordPress 6.0.2 and since then we have received emails from Google Search Console about websites with indexing errors in Google Analytics > Page Indexing > Blocked due to other 4xx issue. The URLs for all of them include /wp-admin/admin-ajax.[php].

    Is anyone else having a similar problem? Could it be due to the WordPress upgrade?

    If you have access to your server error log, generate the error again, note the date and time, then immediately check your server error log for any errors that occurred during that time period. If you don’t have access to your server error log, ask your hosting provider to look for you.
