Updated site to WordPress 7.5. Main site would not load, for a period the store did load but appears to have stopped. Plug-ins updated. Checked each plug in – W3 seems to be the culpret – when deactivated site comes up but slow. Site goes through Sucuri firewall and caching. Are there any suggestions on changes to settings ? Thanks

    Hello @aussieles

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
I just want to confirm that you are referring to WordPress 5.7 update?
Is W3 Total Cache currently enabled? Have you tried purging the cache, both in W3TC and Suciri?
    Thanks!

Thanks Marko that is correct – 5.7 (dyslixic typo). When W3TC is enabled then the site will not load – it gets stuck at a bouncing load ball. Yes I have tried clearing all cache multiple times and used multiple devices to test incase their is browser cache that is causing the problem.

    Hello @aussieles

    Thank you for the information.
Can you please re-enable W3 Total Cache and disable the settings in Performance>General settings one by one, save all settings and purge the cache after each option is disabled, and see which setting might be causing the issue.
    Thanks!
