WordPress account accesssed from Amazon Technologies

Hello SiteGuard Staff,

I am using SiteGuard plugin at https://www.alphaprofit.com.

I am seeing reports of IP addresses associated with Amazon Technologies accessing my website at regular intervals. The accesses are reported with my WPusername

Here are a couple of records in the SiteGuard dashboard:

2019-10-28 09:32:38 Success WPusername 18.207.187.239
2019-10-28 08:26:57 Success WPusername 3.89.238.38

I have not accessed the site at these times and the reported IP addresses are not mine either.

The WordFence security plugin is NOT Reporting this traffic or login.

Can you possibly explain what may be going on?
