    Dear www.ads-software.com Admin,

    I made a mistake creating an account at www.ads-software.com and realised that I cannot delete my account–that includes my username and email. I want it deleted please. I need help.

  • Hi Lauren,

    I don’t think it’s possible to delete your account, according to the support guidelines:

    At this time, accounts cannot be deleted at www.ads-software.com, it is currently a technical impossibility. You can edit your profile to remove all info, and we can even block your account if you want us to, but we cannot delete the account.

    I’ve tagged the moderator so they can assist you further.
