my biz partner and i started a wordpress.com blog, but then decided to move over to www.ads-software.com, which is fabulous, but i seem to have two different user accounts, with the same user name and password, which is messing with my stats viewing – we installed the stats plugin, but when i click on the link on our blog, it goes to the global dashboard for our old blog, and i can’t see our stats. my partner can see stats for the new blog. it’s confusing.

  • Your partner can add you to the blog’s stats access list using the form on the stats reports page.

Hello, I’m the partner. I must be missing something – I don’t see any form or access list on the stats report page. Just to clarify, this is the wordpress.com stats plugin, correct? The report page shows a graph of hits over time, then lists of referrers, top posts, search engine terms, clicks, blog stats and incoming links. Can you be more specific where to look? Or, is there another way to add someone to the access list? I’m sorry if I’m being dense. Thank you so much for the help.

It’s at the bottom of the page if you’re looking at the stats of the new blog (the one with the plugin).

There’s no form there… From our new www.ads-software.com blog wp-admin page when I click on the Blog Stats tab under the Dashboard tab it brings up my Global Dashboard and the Blog Stats tab. I can then select to view blog stats for either of our blogs (old wordpress.com or new www.ads-software.com). But there’s no form or access list at the bottom. Just the headings I listed above, then a note that your own views of the site aren’t counted, then below that in the footer the “need help” box and wp logo. Any ideas? Thanks again for the help.

I added shannonsq to the access list and I’ll see what I can do about that form not showing up.

andy – you are awesome! thank you so much for helping some sista’s out!

Thank you so much! Don’t stress about the access list form – it should be just the two of us.
