• I’m trying to sort out my company’s WordPress account(s) after departure of an IT employee who left us no info. I’m not an IT person and don’t know much about WP accounts. We have several WordPress sites hosted by Pagely that have been on cruise/auto-bill for 2 years since he left, but now we want to add a link on one of the sites, and Pagely is saying we should reach out to ask for credentials from the person who set up the app.(The app being WordPress I’m assuming):

Your Pagely login for your panel is not the credentials you would use to login to each individual WordPress site. These credentials would have been created individually when the app was setup and sent to the email address used when the site was setup. It would be best to reach out to someone that has administrator access to the sites, and have them create you an administrator account from the WordPress Dashboard.

The person who set up the WordPress account is long gone. How do we find the WordPress account info so we can prove we’re the owner and transfer the account to the correct person?Apparently there is no WordPress support to open a ticket unless you can sign in to the account.
