i want to create a stage site nad there is an error come up “WP Staging HTTP/HTTPS Scheme Error: Go to Settings > General and make sure that WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) do both contain the same http / https scheme.
Otherwise your staging site will not be reachable after creation.”

then i find that Site Address starts with https and WordPress Address doesn’t, just wondering if i change WordPress Address to https whats going to happen?

Are you running a valid SSL certificate?
You can just change the WordPress address.

yes, it does have SSL, so there will be no consequence simplely to change the WordPress address to https? just to avoid site crash

Generally speaking, you shouldn’t have any issues if you add the additional s to the WordPress Address. It is recommended that both addresses match.

However, we do strongly recommend you make a full site and database backup before making changes like these. In case something happens, you have a way to restore your site.
