WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) greyed out – (wp-config X-Help)

Hi there.

I want to change the URL from http to https. However, under General Settings the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are grayed out. I have checked many forums but none seem to give me a solution. I have even changed the wp-config file by deleting

define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’https://www.example.org’);
