WordPress adds random end paragraph tags to the source

    I’ve disabled all of my plugins. There are these lines in my functions.php:

    remove_filter('the_content', 'wpautop');
remove_filter('the_excerpt', 'wpautop');

    But WordPress still adds random </p> tags to the source without the opening tag. I’ve tested this site a few updates before, I have not noticed anything like this. This problem only exists on post edited with HTML. No random tags in post written in visual editor.The theme written by me. Thanks for you help.
