    Greetings,

I created a WordPress page that includes a blog for a blind person and he has been successfully posting for half a dozen years. He maneuvers the admin using accessible software (jaws) I think. He copies and pastes his content from MS Word to the rich text field. Previously his software could then read his text back to him before he published which allowed him to proof. Now his software can no longer read the pasted text. I am stumped as to a resolution. Any suggestions would be appreciated. My friend is amazing and since it worked before their must be a solution.

    Thanks,

    JS

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @jsylvia90,

I am one of the members of the Make Accessibility Team and I will try to assist.

Do you know if he his using the Classic Editor plugin or is he now using Gutenberg, the block editor? If he is using the block editor, which block?

    Thanks.
