WordPress Admin Content and Top Bar Are Blank!

Hi,
I’ve uploaded and installed WP v.4.8 twice now and each time I logged in, I can see the admin menu links by the left but cannot see the widget content and top bar which basically render inability to use the software. How can you help me solve this?

I’ve used all the possible suggestion found in google, closed any space in wp-config.php, rename theme and plugin but the admin was still blank!
