I have my website and I’ve been unable to update information on my website ever since a past employee redid our site and changed the layout. She no longer works for our company and theres no way to correspond peacefully to ask for further clarification. So I’m on my own. We’re a graphics company so having a website with links and such is important to direct customers, but she didn’t add any of ours back on the website.

Previously i had been able to use the visual divi and move and edit as i please which was super easy to understand. The last guy who built our site made it super basic, but it worked easily for me to update.

Now, i cant even access my admin page or normal admin login for my site as a page 404 was added and i’m not sure how else to access my webpage to edit.

I also have a plugin ‘WPBaker Page Builder’ that will not update and gives an error, I’m unsure if these problems are related though.
Error is: ‘To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme? (no_credentials)’

Just looking for some help with how to get my page editable to make some very important updates to my page information while being blocked from my admin page.

I have logins for my domain registry (godaddy), hosting (siteground), and wordpress as far as i know. So far unable to get anywhere looking at forum posts…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Note- Ive tried accessing it through yourpage.com/wp-admin & yourpage.com/wp-admin.php. Neither got me to the login page, which is my main issue. /wp-admin came up with a 404-error page jpeg that the creator added, and /wp-admin.php leads me to my webpage that says “page cannot be found”. I just cant even log in to my admin board. I’m able to do it for another site i have, just not this site. I’m also able to login to my wordpress.com side for this site, but no luck getting into the www.ads-software.com side.
