WordPress Admin Page

I am learning how to set up a website with wordpress. The course I am using had me update a sample site with some new plug-in themes.

Problem is: I can load the new site. What I cannot do is get to my admin site to edit or delete items or login. My admin login page has disappeared. Please help.
