WordPress admin page looks like lineage

Two days ago my wordpress admin page turned into a basic looking page of lineage and as a non I.T person I have spent several hours working on remedies suggested to people on this forum with similar problem and I was just wondering whether anyone else hosted with crazydomains is experiencing the same challenge at the moment?

I just called crazydomains techs and they shared with me that yesterday someone else called in with a similar challenge and they have lodged a support ticket to look into to. In short they are aware that my current glitch is something they may have to fix from their hosting side. Initially I asked them to increase my memory, which they did to 512MB however in a separate call and to different tech they shared with me that the memory size isn’t expected to be part of the solution.

I suppose I will just have to wait for them!
