At this point I don’t know what to do. I have spent several days building my site using WordPress and Elementor. All of sudden pages don’t load properly. My header banner doesn’t show on all pages and alignment is screwy on banner on those pages too. I also see broken photos in Chrome. I am using a MacBook, just updated to Ventura 13.6.1 in the hopes that Safari just needed an update, but no go. I have cleared my cache, deleted history and restarted my computer many many times. Nothing is working for me now. Is this actually a problem for anyone visiting the site or just me and my computer at this point? I am completely stuck and appreciate any input.

the URL provided does not seem to lead to a website – is there a typo in the URL?

there are some SSL errors that need to be addressed – did you or your webhost recently install an SSL certificate?

    Hi Lisa.

I just started with my host last week so the SSL certificate is relatively new. I don’t really understand everything involved. Are there certain questions I should be asking my host about this?

    Thanks for the help.

share the error list with host and ask host to check configurations on the SSL certificate.

try this too: install health check plugin which can be used in troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins and theme? might help narrow down the source of the issue? https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

    Thanks Lisa.

I have been talking to my host’s tech support several times every day since starting with them. They have now told me to try this plugin SSL Insecure Content Fixer?which I put on my site. Cleared my cache opened again and still get NOT SECURE message.

At this point I don’t know what to do to fix anything. Any recommendations for people who could fix this for me?

    Thanks again Lisa.

After rechecking the only error message I get is

Your webserver is not forcing the use of SSL.
You may want to add a redirect to ensure a secure connection is used

My SSL cert works on Chrome, but still get Not Secure message on Safari. Very frustrating.
