WordPress and BuddyPress Developer Support Needed

Just a message for some advice if anyone can? Where does one look for volunteer/paid WordPress/BuddyPress community website designers/developers?

I have a massive project that I am undertaking and have developed a website with my limited web design knoweldge and suopport from friends in ‘the field’. I have a number of issues with the site that I need to fix asap.

Background:

I purchased an MSocial template (Gavick Pro) a couple of years back (doesn’t time fly) and I have edited it accordingly with some of their fantastic support to suit my needs.

My site https://www.studentmotorsport.com is and will become a busy motorsport network which supports and connects young people and students making the step into the motorsport indusrty, with users accounts, resources and ways to connect to the motorsport and education community.

I am however struggling with the design and development side due to the fact that I am not a website designer or developer. I have had some support for a web designer friend but they are wrapped up with work. I have a couple of issues with the site and need help to fine tune it. I have signup issues with buddypress/S2 member and some theme issues.

I have seeked advice on here but with linited responses adn success and time is flying.

The problem is I have limited experience in this fied, limted time and the company isn’t trading as yet.

Does anyone with any interest in this field want to get involved or offer any advice?

I would really appreciate any support or advice.
