• Hi Guys,

I’ve been trying to update my site tonight and have had a bit of a disaster. My site is hosted on Go Daddy, i use wordpress and my theme is “enfold” by Kriesi. I update to the recommended newest version of wordpress and updated to the newest version of enfold and now my site has disappeared. When you go to my URL https://www.illorem.com, you get the following

Warning: require_once(framework/avia_framework.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/merollim/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 86

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘framework/avia_framework.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/merollim/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 86

I called Go Daddy but said I need to speak to someone at wordpress to sort this. Can someone please help?! I really need to get my site back up and running and I’m not experienced with such matters

  • You can use FTP or Cpanel to access your site files on server and rename the theme folder here:

    wp-content
        themes
           enfoldHOLD

That should let you login again.

Thanks. It seems to have let me login again and access my dashboard, etc but now when you go to the url https://www.illorem.com, it just displays a white screen. Any reason for that?
Thanks for helping me with this

It seems to have uniinstalled me enfold theme and reverted to the wordpress 2015 theme.

If i re-install the enfold theme will it look as it did or will I lose everything?

    Thanks

sounds like a problem with the theme itself and it’s a commercial product so you need to go to themeforest and follow up with support from there…

    Yes, that’s the intended behavior.

Unless you have modified theme files, you should be able to reinstall it without losing anything.

And as Jack suggested, you’ll need to contact the developer if the theme has problems or if you need more info about reinstalling.
