wordpress and plugin orders sync

  • Hi ,

    I learnt that in the premium version, wordpress orders are automatically transferred to the status tracking plugin.

    I would like to confirm the below before buying the premium version.

    Whenever something is updated in wordpress orders( say for example order status/notes etc), will it automatically reflect in status plugin rder as well?

    And similarly if I update something in plugin orders, will it reflect in wordpress orders as well?

    Hi theamoc,

    When mentioning “WordPress orders” we assume it is WooCommerce. When you update the status of a product in WooCommerce, it will update the ones on the Status Tracking.

    The opposite is not possible – changing the order status on Status Tracking will not automatically update the WooCommerce status.
