WordPress as CMS system – editing text only

    I have to use WordPress as CMS system for a first time. I did templates, set pages but I need to have ability to edit only few text sections from each page, not whole pages (ppl will destroy DIVs layout very easy).

    Is there any plug-in to allow do that? Thanks for any help.
