Please enter your FTP credentials to proceed. If you do not remember your credentials, you should contact your web host. Including Hostname, FTP Username, FTP Password.

    How to resolve the problem kindly suggest me as soon as possible.

    That pops up if the plugins (or other directories) are not writeable by the user under which the PHP process is running. The plugins directory should be owned by that user. Please contact your host.

    Add below code in wp-config.php
    define(‘FS_METHOD’, ‘direct’);

    I tried to adding your provided code but now I’m getting this error code
    The system failed to create the file “/home/topkh55v/public_html/wp-config.php.lock” (as EUID: 3887, EGID: 3547 3547) because of the following error: Disk quota exceeded
