wordpress automatically logging me out whilst posting

ive noticed the past few weeks whilst ive been typing my posts at my site several times wordpress has logged me out, so when i log back in ive sometimes loose parts of the what Ive just done.

I understand when your inactive you get logged out fair enough but when your constantly active and logs you out I dont understand. This is adding hours to my schedule, any reasons why this is happening?
