[wordpress back up to dropbox] Restoring website file configuration

I try to help somebody regarding a crash due to a wrong restore handling.
I bave no access to the wordpress backend only to

hosting provider account (phpmyadmin)
ftp account

i see that the wp table have 3 table regarding your plugin “wordpress back up to dropbox” (see screenshot) :

Already i have checked the wp-config file : ok (db credentials)

So, what do you advise firstly to restore the website to avoid losing data ?
