Hallo,

I have a issue that I cann’t access wordpress backend if the Real cookie banner is activated. I need to hard deactive in the web server by renaming the plugin folder name to access the backend.

Does any one else have the same problem?

Do you get any error message? Can you please share a short screencast video showing the issue? Is there something logged in your PHP error log?

I don’t get any error messages on the Wp-login page. Only after clicking on login, did I get an error message. Mostly it is a default webpage from the web hosting company. When I go back to the website homepage, I see the admin control panel on the top side but I can’t go inside the admin backend when I click on for example customize. The error I received is:

Hi nochmal!

K?nntest du bitte deinen PHP/Server Error Log prüfen, ob dort ein Fehler bzgl. unseres Plugins geloggt wird? Solltest du nicht wissen, wo du diesen findest und/oder diesen auswertest, wende dich bitte an deinen technischen Ansprechpartner oder Hoster, da dies von System zu System unterschiedlich sein kann.

Sorry Typo error, the default error log is not generating any logs about the php error.

Ok. Can you please active the debug log in WordPress (https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/) as the following error usually logs something in the PHP error log:
