    Hi,

    I cannot go to any other URL in wp-backend, it just opens https://sog.de/wp-admin/admin.php?page=complianz#dashboard no matter which menu item I click on in the backend. I also cannot do any changes on fronted in divi because I get an error when saving. If I disable complianz premium plugin in my hosters dashboard/backend, everything is ok.

    Can you help me?

    Oh ok thanks. But I tried it in complianz free as well and the error still exists. I don’t get an answer from premium support. Thanks

    Tht’s not how you manage customer service. I also have the same issue with the free version. When will it be fixed ?

    in order to analyze these kind of errors it’s better to open a ticket from our official support center through our website, this way we’ll be able to ask all the information needed to solve the issue without breaking WordPress guidelines.

    @lanxalot Yes it is no good support. I have premium support, but nothing really happened since Friday. The one solution to change the theme did not help… may I have to change to another consent tool with better support

    @marketingsog we will also be switching solutions for consent. I don’t like the new updates to the plugin. I am surpised you get bad support even with the premium version. If I find a good solution, I will post it for you here. All the best.

    Hi?@leonardotamion ?has there been an update on this issue? I am using the free version and still having the same problem mentioned above. I can see that this issue is apparently resolved so could you share the fix please? Thank you.
