WordPress Bar on my website

When a person goes to my webpage (www.goeaglenet.com) and Logins/registers they then get the WordPress user bar at the top of their screen! They can then see the site health status , jetpack stats, etc! They access the WordPress Dashboard for my account. How is this possible?

Under settings->general, what is the default role for new users?
