Looking for a book to learn WordPress

  • I am as the title states a WP beginner. I am going to buy “Professional WordPress: Design and Development” to understand the admin and inner workings side of things.

    So can anyone recommend an equally good and up to date book to start developing sites from scratch so I can learn WP creatively to a level where the book “Professional WordPress: Design and Development” will marry up nicely.

    Hope I’m going about this the right way! Suggestions welcome even the insults ??
