WordPress Blank Page in Admin Page with Elementor & Elementor Pro Plugins

    Hi, i have an blank page in admin page (backend) issue when using elementor & elementor-pro plugins. When we see the error log, there is nothing suspicious error log.

    Do you have any advice how to fix it? Thanks…

    Here the specifications :
    – WordPress 5.7.8
    – Elementor 3.8.1
    – Elementor Pro 3.8.1
    – PHP 8.0

  • I am not a developer, Im a regular user like you but this is what you can do:

    Disable all plugins besides elementor and see if it loads
    Make sure you are not using a blank template and thats why its white
    download query monitor plugin and see if it identifies any errors.

    In most cases it is a plugins’ conflict. Try the above and see you got to the bottom of it.

    If all fails, elementor pro have support, you can reach them.

    In Elementor, you get safe mode, check enabling it makes the page work?

    yes this issue already solved by using query monitor plugins. after activate the plugin, we able to see the error and manage to solve it. Thanks guys @dan14 @swayamtejwani
