Lilandra, it is not working correctly. Some of the links do not go to the correct location, case in point from your stats page:

Looks like you got it to work. I hacked away at wp-stats and now conditionally include it in the index page:
https://www.billhayes.us/wordpress/stats

What version of WordPress are you using?
The version GamerZ has out is not yet compatible with 1.2. I’ve almost got a 1.2 version done.

mine works with 1.2 except for one little line i think….in comments for private posts

Yeah, a great chunk of it is already compatible, I’m making it into a plugin that will work simply by adding a line or two of code into your index.php file.
No real point in being forced to duplicate your index file to create a good looking stats page.
It’s also good to support the plugin format of 1.2.

is there a way to make it so no one can view it? maybe added to admin menu?.

Just don’t link it anywhere is the easiest thing.
There isn’t any authentication built into it.
