I suggest you to delete the plugin, looks like you’re using the old version of wordpress. The plugin is compatible with 3.3 and newer. Is there a particular reason you’re not updating wordpress?

I am unsure of how to delete the plugin if I am unable to access my site at all.

I hadn’t updated to the new software for some unknown reason… bad decision obviously.

Do you have FTP access or access from control panel of your hosting? If so, log in with ftp, navigate to your wp-content/plugins folder and delete frontend-uploader. If you don’t have the access, ask your support to do so.

    Hi Rinat,

I’m running the latest version of WP (+BP) and when activating the plugin my screen went white as well. Deleted the plugin folder and site was back up and running. Maybe it’s incompatible with one of my other plugins – I’ll check…

    Hey aburi,

Are you able to see your error logs/or enable displaying of errors? That would’ve helped to see what’s up and fix the bug. Looks like something specific to your server setup.

    Hi Rinat,

Thanks for your quick response. I enable WP_DEBUG in wp-config.php and it outputted these errors:

    • Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$id in /Users/alexburi/Sites/trekkingpartners/wp-content/plugins/bp-album/includes/bpa.core.php on line 303
    • Notice: get_users_of_blog is deprecated since version 3.1! Use get_users() instead. in /Users/alexburi/Sites/trekkingpartners/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2839

Any other error checking I should do?

    Thanks again,
    Alex

    Alex,

Did you enable Frontend Uploader? I don’t see any Frontend Uploader related errors.

Thanks Rinat, by disabling the two plugins that were causing errors – it’s fixed.

WordPress User Frontend & BP Album were the two.

    Thanks!
