Heya – so today I noticed when I make my screen 1024×768 all the textfields and textareas don’t shrink and I get a lot of overlapping issues with the editing areas. This may be a result of a plugin I use, but before I go disabling them all I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this issue, I’m experiencing it on multiple WP sites.

    Thanks!

It’s impossible to say without being able to see it. It’s most likely being caused by your theme.

Just a thought – something else you might not think of right away that could trip you up if you use a browser zoom feature, make sure your browser zoom level is reset to normal before viewing in 1024. Ctrl+0 should do it.

Also go into the Appearance section of your admin and see if your theme has any GUI-based options for controlling the width. Probably not, but some do. It may be a simple matter of changing a setting in your theme options (if any).

It appears that the Visual Editor had too many elements for the window to shrink. So I installed another plugin that allows me to manipulate those items and add them to more rows below the existing ones.
