    I have disabled the plugin but it keeps on sending the below when authenticating my WP site with Zapier.

    {
    ? "code": "incorrect_password",
    ? "message": "<strong>ERROR<\/strong>: The username or password you entered is incorrect. <a href=\"https:\/\/theinkan.com\/my-login\/?action=lostpassword\" title=\"Password Lost and Found\">Lost your password<\/a>?",
    ? "data": {
    ??? "status": 401
    ? }
    }

    All I need is a connection between Zapier and WordPress but unable to authenticate – plugin is still disabled and Zapier is saying this can be related to the plugin that for some reason pushes WP to use my custom login “my-login” instead of the default WP login “wp-admin” – your input is much appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using WPS Hide Login.

    As Zapier asks for https://monsite.com/wp-admin and that WPS Hide Login redirects it for non-loggedin, WPS Hide Login must be disconnected during the connection.

    Did you try to purge every caches ?

    Thanks for the reply.

    I did disabled the “WPS Hide Login” plugin.

    Where/how one can purge every cache from the plugin? Disabling it should do this in itself?

    Thanks.

    Any input here please? Zapier support is saying there’s nothing “wrong” with their plugin for WordPress – can someone from this plugin support please further advise?

    Still same error – and unable to add a Zapier connection from a WordPress site – thanks.

    You don’t have to purge cache from the plugin but from your install (server cache if it exists, cloudflare cache if you’re using it, wordpress cache from your dedicated plugin etc…).

    I didn’t say there was something wrong with Zapier plugin, I said its way to work wasn’t compatible with WPS Hide Login because it looks for wp-login.php whereas the goal of WPSHL is to replace it. You may have to deactivate WPSHL to connect Zapier and activate it again after that.
