wordpress cant see my website

    on my wordpress sites dashboard i need some help, so i click wordpress at the top and it goes to a login page, i log in and it says start building a website!! i already have one, i literally got here from it. i cant seem to find out how to be linked

    sorry just to add, i cant find out how to be linked so i can show someone my problem and see if they can fix it. its an option box thing

    Just type or copy and paste your site address here so we can take a look. There’s no need to create a link — the forum software will handle that automatically (or we’ll manually copy and paste it into the browser).

    If you want to include a screenshot, you can upload it here https://snipboard.io/ and paste the image URL in your reply.

    But note that we need to find your site address and test it: either directly as text/link in your post, or in the screenshot.

    It seems there’s some confusion or conflict between the WordPress dashboard and your hosting provider’s dashboard.

    Here’s your WordPress site’s admin login page: https://www.craiglonggallery.co.uk/wp-login.php

    Can you login by entering the WordPress site’s username and password, without using your hosting provider’s link?

    After logging in, you should see the WordPress dashboard similar to what’s below (the exact colours and menu links may be different).

    Can you confirm if you can get to this dashboard, and if there are still any problems?

    To maybe clear up some confusion, WordPress sites like yours are entirely self-contained.

    You log into them directly. There is no way to link a WordPress site to www.ads-software.com.

    ok so where do i ask for a help with my product page? i use storefront child theme but when i ask my host they said its a wordpress thing. i cant find anyone else asking for the same help as i am at the moment
